- Free returns & exchanges are available ONLY to customers within the United States.
- All items are eligible for return or exchange except those listed on our Sale / Clearance page.
All International Returns & Exchanges
- All International customers must send use return / exchange portal to process return and will have the choice to purchase a return label from the portal or on their own.

- For exchanges, Rago will pay for labels going back to the customer with exchanged items.

Processing time, refunds, credits
- Your refund/credit will be issued within 2-4 business days after your returned item(s) arrives at our Distribution Center and passes Quality Review Inspection. The actual availability of funds is determined by the credit card issuer or your financial institution.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items
- Any defects must be reported before items are worn, washed, or tags have been removed.
- If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please email weborders@ragoshapewear.com.
- Email discription of issue with images of the defect, damage or incorrect item. This will speed process of recieving a replacement item or refund.
- If we have made an error in your order, for example, sent a size or color that differs from your order, you will not be charged for shipping a replacement item on this order.
